New Jersey Employment Requirements

 

In order to practice athletic training in the state of New Jersey you must be licensed with the NJ Board of Medical Examiners. There is no grace period; you MUST be licensed before your first day of employment. You can call or write to request an application:

If you are planning to work in the Public High School setting, you must obtain a certificate from the Department of Education. Go to DOE Information.
