Dear Prospective Member:

The Athletic Trainers’ Society of New Jersey, Inc. is a professional organization dedicated to the advancement and improvement of the athletic training profession in New Jersey. Composed of mostly health care professionals, the society strives to ensure that athletes receive the best health care possible.

Membership in the ATSNJ will provide you with a society that works hard for the profession of athletic training within the state of New Jersey.

PROTECTION: The ATSNJ is and will continue to be active legislatively in Trenton and nationally to ensure appropriate healthcare for athletes and to ensure the proper protections for the profession of athletic training in New Jersey.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: As an ATSNJ member you will receive discounted rates for our Annual Athletic Training Conference. In addition, you will have access to free CEU opportunities via our regional continuing education meetings.

PUBLIC RELATIONS: The ATSNJ public relations committee promotes athletic training by exhibiting at various educator and allied healthcare conferences. The committee promotes the athletic training profession through press releases and media statements to both state and national media outlets

TECHNOLOGY: The ATSNJ's ever expanding use of social networks (our website, facebook, twitter and YouTube) allows us to constantly interface with our membership. These networks serve as a means to quickly disseminate news and valuable resources to our membership.

As a member of the ATSNJ, you will receive newsletters, electronic postings about athletic training and have membership only access to various areas of our website. You are invited to propose ideas and opinions to the executive council. We welcome you to become involved in committees to support the profession and meet other athletic trainers who work in a variety of health care settings.

Membership dues are $40.00. Student membership dues are $20.00.

Your membership will help us establish and maintain an effective society. It will also place you among the finest health care practitioners in the State of New Jersey.
