 Past Recipients

  • Nominator must be an ATSNJ, Inc. member.
  • Nominee must be an ATSNJ, Inc. member. If retired or deceased, the nominee must have been an ATSNJ, Inc. member.
  • Nominee must have a minimum of fifteen years of work experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer in the state of New Jersey.
  • The entire career of the nominee is taken into consideration, with the largest portion of the criteria pertaining to Athletic Training activities within the state of New Jersey.
  • Completed forms must be received by January 2, and mailed to:
