The Athletic Trainer’s Society of New Jersey will be holding its’ 23rd Annual Conference on:  Monday, March 2, 2009. We are inviting you to be part of this conference by displaying your products, practice and/or services in our Exhibit Hall.

In the past the conference has been consistently well attended with nearly 300 attendees from not only New Jersey, but NY, PA, Delaware, Maryland, and Connecticut. Along with Athletic Trainers various other health care professionals may be in attendance such as physical therapists, nurses, strength coaches, and physicians from the high school, college, clinical, and professional settings.

The Exhibit Halls are open all day except during the Lunch Banquet. There are scheduled program breaks for attendees to visit with exhibitors. Some of the advertising venues available are: an exhibit booth/table ; a lecture sponsorship; or advertisement in the conference E-Compendium/CDROM.   
           
For those traveling to the National Conference Center, it is located adjacent to the Holiday Inn. Should overnight accommodations be needed, please call the reservations desk (609) 448-7000 and mention the ATSNJ for corporate rates. The Conference Center is centrally located off the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 8 in East Windsor, NJ.  More detailed directions are available, if needed.

The exhibitor package includes a 6 foot skirted table, company listing on the CD/Rom and ATSNJ  website; one lunch banquet ticket; and a one year corporate membership. Membership entitles you to selected membership database info.  To ensure CD ROM and website listing please return all artwork no later than February 1, 2009.

• Set-up begins at 6am with the doors opening at 7am
• Breakdown will be no earlier than 3:30pm
• Tables are assigned on a first come first serve basis beginning with Exhibit Hall A - Table 1

  -you are not considered registered until your “Exhibitor Registration Form” & check are received
